How to Get Organized

Our Closet Design Protocol in Response to COVID-19

Our World Has Changed. Our Process Has, Too.

Dear friends, we hope this message finds you safe and well! Closets of Tulsa has made critical changes to our closet design and install protocol in response to COVID-19. We are OPEN and feel fortunate to continue bringing closet and garage solutions to Tulsans at a time when you’re home more than ever before. Please be aware that we have overhauled our procedures to keep our team and customers safe.

Here’s what you need to know…

We are OPEN—Call now to request a free virtual consultation and 3-D closet design with Closets of Tulsa.

New: Free Virtual Consultation and 3-D Closet Design

We continue to offer our free consultation and 3-D closet design, now with the option of a virtual appointment. We are encouraging this practice—just call us or request a consultation here. We will walk you through the process.

In-person consultations remain available, but we are doing these differently and with an abundance of caution. Here’s what you can expect:

  • We will maintain 6 feet of social distance. We will provide a separate monitor for you to participate in our 3-D design process without us leaning in to share a screen with you.

  • We will keep our hands to ourselves. While in your home, we will not touch light switches or open and close doors. We may ask for your help with accessing your closet or moving an item while we measure.

  • We will not come to your home if we are experiencing symptoms of illness.

  • We will practice frequent hand washing and sanitizing.

Closets of Tulsa installers use an EPA listed disinfectant on your closet products.

What to Know on Your Closet Install Day

We continue to install custom closets in our clients’ homes—now, maintaining 6 feet of social distance from you and the members of your household. Here’s what to expect on install day:

  • On install day, our team will enter and exit your home through one door, and you and your family will use a separate door.

  • During your custom closet installation, we ask that you not touch our tools or our work in progress. If you would like to enter your closet, we will step outside.

  • Our awesome installers have always used an EPA listed disinfectant on our custom closet products. We continue to do so, with a heightened level of diligence.

  • We will touch as little as possible in your home. We will wipe down any surfaces we must touch, like the doorknobs we use to enter and exit.

  • We are taking additional steps in our warehouse and vehicles to keep them clean and safe.

  • We will not come to your home if we are experiencing symptoms of illness. If any member of our team becomes ill, we will reschedule your installation, and your closet products will be safe on our warehouse shelves until your new install date.
